I underline the fact that we are a Holiday Apartment (CAV Holiday Home) in my own beloved 2nd House dedicated only to my dear Guests, managed directly and professionally with a long experience and availability towards my Guests with a dedicated organization following needs and necessities – always with the warmth od a REAL HOME where you will find everything you need at your full disposal – Anyway, we are NOT a Hotel nor a B&B !

I like working with CLARITY and TRANSPARENCY ! More than this, I wish to have HAPPY AND SATISFIED GUESTS !! Please be so kind to read hereafter all the details .. Please note that we’ll do everything possible to meet your demands..

Via XX Settembre is a limited traffic area (ZTL): it is reserved to residents’ cars + taxis + public transport; it is not passable by cars without a special permit, except from 8 pm until 7 am

Multilevel Parkings and Parkings on blue lines are at 150 metres; it is possible to unload the luggage at 100 metres from home (you will receive in advance all the instructions about the exact point you can reach by car)

1ST FLOOR WITH NO LIFT (just 20 LOW AND LARGE STEPS): THE APARTMENT DOES NOT OWN THE USE OF THE LIFT (cm. 58 x cm. 98) that works with a key but we have OBTAINED THE POSSIBILITY OF USING IT (FOR FREE) BY OUR DISABLED GUESTS / REDUCED MOBILITY GUESTS / SENIOR GUESTS; please contact me for any further info and details and in case of need of a “narrow” wheelchair even only to be used for the lift – there is an Orthopaedics shop affiliated with us and I can organize this directly for you

THE APARTMENT INSIDE IS FULLY ACCESSIBLE AND IT HAS LARGE SPACES EVERYWHERE, BEING PERFECTLY ACCESSORIZED AND HAVING A VERY SPECIAL ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM WHICH IS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR EVERYONE ! Also for Senior people / Children / …

FOR ARRIVING BY CAR with European Disabled Pass (Blue Pass) GUESTS CAN ALWAYS PASS IN ZTL AND ENTER THE BUILDING MAIN HALL; DISABLED RESERVED CAR PARKINGS NEARBY; after your kind booking, you will have my support for the form to be filled in to be sent to the city office (I can do that on your behalf, no problem!)

STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO ANIMALS (for serious health reasons and for my allergies !!)

WE WILL WELCOME YOU IN PERSON AND EXPLAIN TO YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE HOUSE SO THAT YOU CAN BE AT EASE RIGHT FROM THE START (Check-in lasting 15/20 minutes) AS IF YOU WERE AT YOUR OWN HOME ! CHECK-IN TIME ON APPONTMENT TO BE FIXED AT LEAST 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE, even if it is within OUR STANDARD CHECK-IN TIME (from 4 pm until 8 pm) WITH FLEXIBILITY UNTIL 1,5 HOURS’ DELAY FOR ARRIVALS BY CAR / SCHEDULED ON THE PLANE / TRAIN ARRIVAL TIME ; no problem in case of delays of flights / trains (only to be communicated by sending a message)

SELF CHECK-OUT easy and fast independently until 10,30 a.m.

FOR ANY SPECIAL REQUEST (EARLY / LATE CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT): by agreement and availability – FOR FREE or with a small EXTRA FEE depending on various factors: you will be notified

LUGGAGE DEPOSIT on request by agreement and availability / with or without extra fee: you will be notified

The number of people allowed in the house is ONLY the one indicated in your booking confirmation: any extra guest will not be allowed

For Property Ownership Regulations, no car can remain inside the building hall (just the time needed for loading/unloading the luggage)

Inside the apartment, smoking is strictly forbidden ! It is allowed to smoke only on the balcony facing the courtyard

In Torino Separate Wastes Collection is mandatory: on Check-in we explain to you how to differenciate wastes and you will find all separate containers and bins inside the house and appropriate bins in the courtyard, more than all details, photos and instructions on the House Manual.

The small closet inside the apartment is Private (locked with a padlock) and not accessible for the Guests.

By exiting the house it is mandatory to close all the windows and door-windows , turn off the air conditioning, the heater in the bathroom, the induction cooktop, the microwave oven and the tv.

Both for environmental sustainability and for avoiding abuses (that unfortunately happened many times in the past..), we had to install an electrical modification for which: the Guest has got only 1 bunch of keys (including an electrical safety key that blocks only the Air Conditioning operation and turns off the higher lamps during the absence of the Guests); for safety reasons, we can’t provide any other bunch of keys. We recommend to always close the house main door (security door) with 2 turns of the key both when you exit and when you return home/stay at home (for the apartment safety, for your personal belongings’ safety and your own)

For our regular work by law and following our Insurance Policy terms (covering our Guests as well), long before or within 5 days before the arrival date: I will prepare a Simple Contract of Touristic Rent containing the summary of your reservation / payments / extra details / Check-in appointment time scheduled – This Contract will be sent to you by e-mail: as to be able to prepare it, I will need to receive the details about the Identity Card / Passport of the reservation holder + the address of residence.

For italian and regional laws on Tourism, Police, Safety laws and mandatory Police online registrations on “Portale Alloggiati della Questura di Torino”: at the end of Check-in the Guest will have to send me the photos of the Identity Cards (front + back) / Passports of every person in the family / group (children of all ages included). All documents’ photos wil be immediately erased after Check-out.
