I underline the fact that it is an independent Studio Apartment (25 sm Studio Apartment with a furnished terrace) on the 1st level of my own Villa where we live (on the upper floor). I work regularly as a Touristic Rent dedicated only to my dear Guests, managed directly and professionally with a long experience and availability towards my Guests with a dedicated organization following needs and necessities – always with the warmth of a REAL HOME where you will find everything you need at your full disposal – Anyway, we are NOT a Hotel nor a B&B !
I like working with CLARITY and TRANSPARENCY ! More than this, I wish to have HAPPY AND SATISFIED GUESTS !! Please be so kind to read hereafter all the details .. Please note that I’ll do everything possible to meet your demands..

Swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas open from June to September with an extra fee for everyone (also for the residents): half day / full day / weekly rates
Parking under the house (free) and in the internal streets of the VILLAGGIO TURAS (Residential Village)
COMPLIMENTARY: Some simple Italian breakfasts (coffee capsules – tea – milk – orange juice – biscuits – jam)
Umbrella for the beach + n. 2 beach chairs + n. 2 beach towels at your disposal
For stays of more than 9 days: full change of bed linen / bathroom linen / kitchen linen / beach towels – FOR FREE at mid-stay
DEPOSIT (BAIL BOND) of € 100 to be paid in cash on Check-in; the deposit will be refund (in absence of damages) on Check-out.
I WILL ALWAYS WELCOME YOU IN PERSON AND EXPLAIN TO YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE HOUSE SO THAT YOU CAN BE AT EASE RIGHT FROM THE START (Check-in lasting around 20 minutes) AS IF YOU WERE AT YOUR OWN HOME !
CHECK-IN TIME ON APPONTMENT TO BE FIXED AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE, even if it is within OUR STANDARD CHECK-IN TIME (from 4 pm until 11 pm); no problem in case of delays of Flights / Ships / Trains (only to be communicated by sending a message)
CHECK-OUT available from h. 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. (10,30 at the latest)
FOR ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS (EARLY / LATE CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT) on request, upon agreement and availability – FREE or with a small EXTRA FEE based on many factors: You will be notified.
LUGGAGE STORAGE on request, upon agreement and availability / with or without supplement: You will be notified.
It is necessary to arrive here by car / rental car / motorbike for your trips independently, to move around in the area and also for going shopping: Supermarkets / shops are at 2,5 km from here (Bosa city centre); public transport (buses) are available but infrequent
In Villaggio Turas there is a bar/restaurant/pizzeria open from June to September – there is no minimarket !
STRICLY FORBIDDEN TO ANIMALS (for serious health reasons and for my allergies !!)
We are very sorry but we are not disabled people accessible – You need to climb the access staircase (15 steps)
Separate wastes collection is mandatory (municipal rules): you can find the dedicated bins at home and how to separate wastes on the House Manual (I’ll explain to you directly on Check-in); the humid waste bin must be placed outside (where indicated) every evening and every morning before exiting – we take care of emptying all the waste bins when necessary
When exiting the house it is mandatory to lock the door-windows (at least the external door), turn off the air conditioning (we have remote control), the induction cooktop, the coffee machine, the microwave oven, the television, all lights and water; I suggest you to always leave the water heater on (hot water both in the bathroom and in the kitchen) turned on I
Always close the entrance wooden gate
For our regular work by law, long before or within 3 days before the arrival date: I will prepare a Simple Contract of Touristic Rent containing the summary of your reservation / payments / extra details / Check-in appointment time scheduled – This Contract will be sent to you by e-mail: as to be able to prepare it, I will need to receive the details about the Identity Card / Passport of the reservation holder + the address of residence.
For italian and regional laws on Tourism, Police, Safety laws and mandatory Police online registrations on “Portale Alloggiati della Questura”: at the end of Check-in the Guest will have to show the Identity Cards / Passports of both people (children of all ages included).
